  • Amounts from £100,000 upwards with no maximum limit.
  • Loan to Value normally between 70% and 80% but from 80%LTV to 100% LTV available if additional Security is available.
  • Repayment by way of monthly instalments of capital and interest but INTEREST ONLY can be made available in some instances for periods of up to three years.
  • Capital Repayment holidays can be made available if required to ease cashflow in the early years.
  • Repayment periods of up to 25 years.
  • If your Proposal is viable the Lender’s Terms and Conditions will be made available before you are invited to sign our Fee Agreement.
  • Interest rates from 2.75% above Bank Base Rate and fixed rates are available for periods of one to ten years
  • The Lender’s fees and borrowings costs can be added to the loan
  • Non-Status Commercial Mortgages are still available. Adverse Credit History is accepted and Trading Accounts DO NOT have to be produced.
